General Info: FIRE Coaching offers individualized endurance and health coaching for all ages and levels of athletes. Whether you’re training to make significant changes in your life or working towards qualifying for Boston, we plan to push you to go further than you’d go alone. We’ve got a dedicated staff of certified professionals in wellness, nutrition and triathlon with the knowledge, experience and passion to help you hit your goals. Monthly sport mechanics homework, Training Camps Offered: Fire Endurance Coaching runs yearly marathon and half marathon training programs for Go Tri Sports and CrossFit Hilton Head of Hilton Head Island. Currently expanding towards camps and working with local High School cross country teams.
