Testimonial:
"To be an excellent athlete one needs to be able to understand their strengths, but even more importantly they need to be able to find their weaknesses. Aubrey has not only reached the point of pinpointing her weaknesses, but she is now correcting them on the fly to achieve peak productivity in each stride, stroke, or pedal. The most impressive part about this skill set is her ability to pinpoint what other athlete's need to work on in order to be the best they can be. Her broad range of knowledge in the world of triathlons makes her an excellent resource for anything from race day preparations to race strategy all the way down to setting up a workout program to have a peak performance at the big show. There are few people in the competitive world of triathlons that I would trust to take advice from and Aubrey Cook is at the top of my list." Nick Davis, South Hadley Boys Head Track and Field Coach

Map location is based off of a geocode of the addressed entered using Google's Google Maps API. If your address does not geocode properly, you can either update the address (we will attempt to re-geocode after any updates to your entry) or you can use Google's geocoding tool found here: http://gmaps-samples.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/geocoder/singlegeocode.html to obtain a lat/long for your location and enter that. To use the utility, type in an address that is close to your location and then drag-and-drop the marker to obtain the desired lat/long. If you choose to enter a lat/long, you must check the box on the edit page that says, "override geocode with entered lat/long."
