General Info: I enjoy assisting any level triathlete or endurance athlete. I like to utilize exercise science concepts as well as intuition to improve performance.
Initially, I focus on improving the biomechanics of the given sport; better technique matters!
Live sessions are the best for me; online training plans are given are okay to write up, but I prefer to see my athletes. :) Rates & Fees: I have monthly and session rates which will work with all budgets. Training Camps Offered: My preference is coaching individuals, however, I also coach a women's only group along with the Bobcat Triathlon Club (student club at Montana State University in Bozeman
