General Info: We provide a variety of services, specializing particularly in the training and treatment of endurance runners and triathletes.
These athletes have unique injury recovery needs that are not often met in a typical clinical setting. If you have ever suffered from a running injury and been told simply to "stop running" in order to fix the problem, we are here to help. If you simply want to train for a specific event, we will get it done.
One of our most important services is running gait and technique evaluation, which is a full-on, super thorough 3 hour assessment geared toward either performance or injury recovery. Any on-site treatment and evaluation emphasizes hands-on techniques and is provided only in a one-on-one fashion, which means you are guided down a quicker and less complicated path to a pain-free outcome.
I have trained for running and cycling since 1995 and triathlon since 1999 so I understand the desire to get back to training when you are injured. My training focus lately is on ultra-marathons. My BS and MS were focused on exercise physiology with my Doctorate in Physical Therapy coming after those early years. I've been an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist since 2002.

Map location is based off of a geocode of the addressed entered using Google's Google Maps API. If your address does not geocode properly, you can either update the address (we will attempt to re-geocode after any updates to your entry) or you can use Google's geocoding tool found here: http://gmaps-samples.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/geocoder/singlegeocode.html to obtain a lat/long for your location and enter that. To use the utility, type in an address that is close to your location and then drag-and-drop the marker to obtain the desired lat/long. If you choose to enter a lat/long, you must check the box on the edit page that says, "override geocode with entered lat/long."
