General Info: Adam is a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). He is also a USA Triathlon (USAT) Certified Coach and a US Masters Swimming (USMS) Level 3 Certified Coach. Adam has additional NASM certifications, including Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES), Weight Loss & Nutrition Specialist (WLS), & Mixed Martial Arts Conditioning Specialist (MMACS). Additionally, he is a TrainingPeaks Certified Triathlon Coach and is also TRX Functional Training Certified (TRX-FTC), as well as a World Calisthenics Organization (WCO) Level 2 Coach.

2) Triathlon Coaching: $150-250/month depending on type of plan and level of service.
3) Private Swim/Bike/Run Session: $85-100/hour depending on specific Training Camps Offered: Currently no camps scheduled.
