General Info: I offer online coaching for beginners to advance athletes. My speciality is Triathlon, Running and Strength & Conditioning. I have been coaching over 6yrs and offer free consultations. My other certifications include (CSCS, USMS level 2, ACE). My style of coaching?stresses the importance of accountability, discipline, mental toughness,?self-confidence, and a desire to compete. Rates & Fees: Triathlon packages start from $250 and go up to $515 depending on how much interaction you want with your coach and how detailed of a plan you would like. Running plans range from $130-$185 and I also offer video analysis of your swim / bike / run techniq Training Camps Offered: Currently I am not putting on any camps due to being a full time coach for my company and coaching collegiate swimmers, XC, and track & field athletes.
