General Information: At Inside Out Sports, we understand the philosophy and mechanics of correct positioning for maximizing output, speed and aerodynamics. We expertly fit all levels and abilities whether racing or training. By utilizing computerized technology, we can provide dynamic bike fitting, and positioning. Our professional bike fitting team has the experience and knowledge to evaluate your current position in order to provide the most effective use of your equipment.

Bike fits are scheduled by appointment so that you may receive individual attention of our bike fitting staff. The appointment will take approximately 1 hr. to 1? hrs. A longer time may be needed if mechanical changes are deemed necessary. Directions: Our retail location in the Preston Walk Shopping Center is located on the corner of Cary Pkwy. and James Jackson Ave in Cary, NC. It boasts over 5,000 square feet of retail space and houses an extensive inventory of cutting-edge swimming, cycling, and running merchandise.
Map location is based off of a geocode of the addressed entered using Google's Google Maps API. If your address does not geocode properly, you can either update the address (we will attempt to re-geocode after any updates to your entry) or you can use Google's geocoding tool found here: http://gmaps-samples.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/geocoder/singlegeocode.html to obtain a lat/long for your location and enter that. To use the utility, type in an address that is close to your location and then drag-and-drop the marker to obtain the desired lat/long. If you choose to enter a lat/long, you must check the box on the edit page that says, "override geocode with entered lat/long."
