None Shop Info: The Fit Right staff uses concepts and procedures based upon the Fit Institute Slowtwitch (F.I.S.T.), founded by Dan Empfield; and the EXIT fit systems' bike, providing the professional fitter with the knowledge and skills to properly analyze the athletes form and determine the adjustments necessary to properly align the rider to their bike.
