None Shop Info: The Finger Lakes Running and Triathlon Company provides Ithaca, the Finger Lake Region and Northern Pennsylvania with a triathlon specific showroom with 10 different triathlon bike brands to choose from, 12 Triathlon specific saddles, wetsuits for purchase and for rent, swimming gear and hard to find accessories for triathletes and year round swimmers, every major running shoe brand with widths and professional gait analysis. Our staff includes a F.I.S.T. certified bike fitter who has been racing triathlon competitively for 15 years, a former occupational therapist, several All American runners, a current D1 running coach, a former professional runner (member of the CU xc team featured in RWTBuffs). We work with former world TT champ and 3 time National TT champ, Glenn Swan, Ithaca's top mechanic for 30 years, for our maintenance and mechanical repair needs. Whether you are new to triathlon or a seasoned competitive triathlete, we are your triathlon resource hub for the Finger Lakes region. Directions: Our store is on the East end of The Commons shopping area (a section of State St. closed off to traffic). Parking is available in the Parking garage off of Green Street or on the corner of Tioga and Seneca.
