Max Hamalainen & Richie Cortez (owners) Formally worked as fitters and mechanics at the Philadelphia headquarters of the custom bike brand Elite Bicycles Inc. Directions: From Spring Garden Street in Philadelphia PA, Turn down 19th Street and the entrance is a half block down on the left.
