General Information

Store Hours: Mon-Fri 10am-6pm, Sat 10am-5pm, Closed on Sunday
Runs & Classes: We have three official groups that leave from the store. The first is a general fitness run group on Monday nights at 6pm that usually runs around the bridges or another similar urban loop. This class contains ability levels from 7min/mile pace to 15min/mile pace. This class also repeats on Weds nights at 6pm from the store. The third group is a speed workout that leaves from the shop on Thurs nights at 6:15pm. We usually warm up, then head down to the track, which is not quite a half mile away. Anyone can show up, as we have speeds ranging from sub-5min/mile pace to 70+ year-old runners ripping up the track too! There are also daily runs around town that meet at various places. Shop Info We've been in business for 34 years now, and we are honored to have served the Chattanooga community for their running/walking/triathlon/fitness needs. We specialize in the fit process of the shoe, and each one of our staff has no fewer than five years of experience. We hope you come visit when you're in town!

Directions: We are located in North Chattanooga on the corner of Frazier Ave and Tremont St. We share a parking lot with Mercantino (the Italian Restaurant), and are within 50yds of River City Bicycles, which is also on Tremont St.
