Runs & Classes: Regular group runs on Tuesday nights at 6pm. Primary distance is 7 miles, but loop is easily and often turned into runs of 3-8 miles. Ability levels and pace ranges vary.

Classes and clinics are offered for free several times throughout the year.

The store hosts a race series in the summertime of 5 races (5ks and 4 milers) from June through August and is the sponsor and partial organizer for the 10 Mile Run to Blue Point Brewery.

Directions: Take Sunrise Highway to Lakeland Avenue (49S) heading south. Make a right on Main Street and store is on the right.
