Store Hours: M-F 10a-7p Sa 10-6 Su 12-7
Runs & Classes: We have our own Running Academy, with a Couch to 5k, 10k, half marathon, full marathon, and injury prevention, coached classes. We also have store fun runs: Tuesday night at 6:00p from the store, and a Wednesday morning trail at our local trailhead at 6am. Our fun runs are free and open to all paces. The first Sunday of the month we offer our Good Form Running classes, which are also free to all who reserve a spot ahead of time. We are one of the few places in Southern California certified to offer this New Balance sponsored program.

The four Tuesday of the month from March to September, we have our Pub Run series at 6pm. in addition to numerous giveaways and raffle prizes, Participants have the opportunity to wear test the latest footwear from our shoe vendors on a flat 2 or challenging 4.7 mile route that we lead. The run concludes at our neighborhood pub where the first 50 to sign up get a commemorative pint glass to keep and the beverage of their choice, on us! This fun run is free to all and all paces are welcome. Only the first 50 to sign up after 5pm get commemorative glass and beverage.

Shop Info We are a specialty run shop featuring a five step gait analysis process to help runners get into the right shoe for their specific needs. We offer everything runners need to get on the road or trail, from footwear, apparel, socks, hydration systems, injury treatment and prevention and gps watches.

Directions: We are north of the I-210 freeway off the Myrtle Ave exit, at the intersection of Myrtle and Walnut in Old Town Monrovia. Street parking immediately next to the shop is free, as well as garage parking on Walnut.
