Runs & Classes: Group run Saturdays at 8:30. Distance ~5miles, moderate pace (7:30-9:30 depending on desire of group, usually splits into 2 groups).
Yoga Thursdays at 6PM, Tuesdays and Saturdays at 9:15AM, free/donation to instructor.

Shop Info We are located in downtown Blue Ridge, an awesome mountain town in North Georgia. We have both road and trail footwear as well as apparel for running, hiking, and yoga. We'll help you find your way to the best trails nearby and have all of the fuel an accessories you need to keep running as well. If you've never been to Blue Ridge, check it out and you'll never want to leave (we didn't!).

Directions: We are located on E Main Street in downtown, directly across from the city park. Once you're downtown, look for the pharmacy or the park pavilion, and we're there. Downtown is located less than 1 mile off of 515 if you turn at the McDonalds/United Community Bank intersection.
