Ordering FAQ

How do I place an order?
Placing an order is easy. You can browse products by category, manufacturer, or you can search for a specific product. For each product you would like to order, you simply choose the quantity, flavor (if applicable), and click 'Add to Cart'. You can add as many products to the cart as you want. Once you are satisfied, you checkout by click 'Proceed to Secure Checkout' from your cart. You will then be prompted to either login (for customer who have already created an account) or submit your personal, billing, and shipping information. You are not required to create an account, but may choose to do so during this step. After you submit your information, you will be prompted to enter in your credit card information. Once you submit this information, we will rush to fulfill your order!

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).

We utilize SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology in order to protect your sensitive information, with 128-bit encryption. This is the same type of encryption banks use in their own online applications - and means your personal, shipping, billing, and credit card is encrypted before being sent anywhere. This storefront resides on Slowtwitch dedicated, not shared, servers.

Return Policy
Slowtwitch Team apparel is returnable if sent back to us unused with tags attached. We pay for all freight to you, you pay for all freight back to us. Deposits paid for camps are not refundable, but are transferable to future camps and workshops.

Do you sell customer information?
We will never sell, rent, or trade customer data obtained through this storefront to any third parties.
