Club Info: Our goal at Threshold Performance Training is to create a fun and social athletic learning environment. We are focused not only on maximizing performance but on teaching athletes how to create a lifestyle that balances day to day life with athletic goals. Directions to Workouts & Meeting Location(s): We workout in the central part of the Calgary, the Glenmore area. Club Workout Schedule: Our scheduled workouts are Monday/Thursday - Swim, Saturday - Indoor/Outdoor ride, Sunday - Run. Club Meetings & Events Schedule: We schedule monthly meetings to discuss current topics from health, nutrition or just a general open forum.
