Club Info: Personal Best Tri is a multisport program designed to help you maximize the time and energy you put into training and racing. Coaches Sean Edwards and Matt Ebersole want to help you train smarter and race faster. We want you to enjoy training, racing and the social aspects that swimming, riding and running with a group has to offer. PBTri will provide training schedules as well as multiple group workouts each week. There will be two rides and one swim (open water during warmer months) with opportunities for more and two group runs each week. One of the runs will be replaced by a brick during some of the year.
