We provide knowledgeable coaching and program design in all aspects of triathlon, cycling, running and swimming as well as general fitness training through a group of nationally certified coaches. Brushy Creek Trails Club Workout Schedule: Weekly workouts in swimming, cycling, running and strength training for youth, juniors and adults. Club Meetings & Events Schedule: We schedule monthly group socials and quarterly membership meetings.
