Danish ITU Pro Helle Frederiksen switched to non drafting races recently and while she did not kiss the Olympic effort good bye, her strong winning performance at Ironman 70.3 San Juan may sway this Joel Filliol coached athlete to pursue this non drafting path a bit longer. She is currently training and racing out of Florida with the Filliol squad and we checked in with her via skype.

As Helle Frederiksen said in our video chat, she has been with Look bicycles for quite a while.
