Eurobike 2015 day 1 images

The 2015 Eurobike industry trade show in Friedrichshafen, Germany started today with a Demo Day just outside the exhibit halls and we were present to capture impressions.

Marius, Robert and Ronny are from Berlin where they run a triathlon shop called Laktat³, and they checked out some Cervelo S5 bikes.

No, Cervelo does not have an e-bike division.

There aren't that many lugged carbon frames on the market today, but at Demo Day you could ride a sweet red C60 from Colnago.

Action on some of the trails outside of the exhibit halls at Eurobike.

Folks lined up at the Canyon booth for test rides.

Magura introduced the Vyron wireless electronic dropper post.

Right now one elect module controls the front and rear suspension and the other controls the post, but that will soon be integrated together.

After many test rides, a back and shoulder massage is just the thing.

Hard at work in the Bianchi booth to prepare and set up the next bike for a demo ride.

There was a fluorescent display of bikes in front of the Scott booth.

The Lauf carbon leaf suspension fork with its 60mm of travel can also be had for fat bikes, clearly.

The Fizik M6B Donna is a new entry level Enduro or commuter shoe that retails for Euro 149. Also available for men with red, grey or blue details.

There are always some exhibitors that are neither stationary nor official. Basically a booth on the go.

We noticed this mount on the back of a Quintana Roo PR6, and that suggests more to come tomorrow. Maybe a box?

This modular pump track could be set up pretty much anywhere in a reasonably short time.

This was the first time we had our hands on an iBike Newton power meter.

Hungry Demo Day visitors had devoured this ox and more.

You know you are in Europe when...

And yes, ROTOR is unveiling their new UNO hydraulic group in Germany.

We have a full feature on the ROTOR UNO group right right here.
