De Villiers and Rabie grab South African titles

East London, South Africa, February 16:
Tim Don (GBR) won the South African Triathlon Championships and runner-up Henrik de Villiers (RSA) won the title. Fraser Cartmell (GBR) finished in third place, Kent Horner (RSA) was fourth and Raynard Tissink (RSA) rounded out the top five. Mari Rabie (RSA) took the win in the women's race followed by Ricarda Lisk (GER) and Kate Roberts (RSA).
