Escaping with Jesse Thomas

Jesse Thomas finished 3rd at the 2013 Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon and he recently moved to Bend, Oregon with his wife Lauren Fleshman and their Picky Bars brand. We talked about the Escape from Alcatraz race, getting ready for 70.3 Oceanside, the big goal Las Vegas, plus the exciting news on the horizon.

Thomas, Hoogland in Poconos
Jesse Thomas showed supremacy on the bike before closing it out with a fine run to take the win at the Ironman 70.3 Pocono Mountains. Tenille Hoogland took the women's title with a similar effort. 9.30.12
Thomas, Goss win Rev3 Maine
Jesse Thomas topped Conrad Stoltz by 2:06 and closed in on Richie Cunningham for the Rev 3 series lead; Lauren Goss won by 2:41 over Becky Lavelle and passed Nicole Kelleher for the series lead at Rev3 Maine. 8.26.12
