Interbike 2015 day 1 images

The 2015 Interbike trade show started today with the Outdoor Demo. The outside action continues tomorrow in Boulder City, NV, but we will be moving inside. Here now is what we noticed today at Outdoor Demo, where it was busy, colorful and windy.

Dillon Clapp of Lezyne sports a fancy watch the company designed out of their new Super GPS - and it is still on Eurobike time.

TUFMED is a new biotech brand created by athletes for athletes. It contains no dangerous products, it is all natural, and fairly priced.

Paige Wilson of Nuun was covered in Nuun gear.

The Smith Optics booth was busy all day. Hey let me try yours, and I'll let you try mine.

Gelder, Cody, Nicholle, Amy, and Shaun of T3Triathlon in Orem, Utah were hanging out at Outdoor Demo.

We tried to shoot the new Shimano TR9 shoe inside the Outdoor Demo expo, but there was too much traffic and background noise.

The wind was super strong at times, but big tents like the one from Giant had less to worry about.

These Giant Liv bikes have a familiar paint scheme.

Nick from Primal Wear is not trying to be cool, he's ensuring that the tent is not flying away.

KMC has many colorful options for 11 and 10 speed chains, and that's true for 9 and 8 speeds too. Shown here is the 11-speed X11 SL DLC.

The Scott booth was packed all day and Zack Vestal had no time to chit chat.

Outdoor Demo is best suited for trying out mountain bikes.

This is the very first time we noticed the Glukos gel, and gel is very broad term here. It's actually a liquid.

At first it appeared that these are chain grease bottles, but it turned out to be nutrition.

Someone traveled a very long distance for Outdoor Demo.

Oh yes, there were many folks testing bikes in this great setting.
