In early May we hung out a day with Jan Frodeno in Germany and shared a picture gallery of that outing. Jan though spends quite a bit of time every year in Stellenbosch, South Africa and we now have a video feature of what Jan does on a somewhat typical day there.
The Olympic Champion is currently working very hard to find that winning form again and the big test in London is coming closer with giant steps. But for now follow Jan around for a day in beautiful South Africa.
