Slowtwitchers who're weak at swimming enter the Guppy Challenge on shaky ground, and exit 10 weeks later with a lot more confidence, and usually a lot more speed.
If the swim is not your strong suit, the Guppy Challenge is for you. We’ll begin on the 11th of December, so this is the time to restock your swim bag with possibles, and to scrutinize your pool holiday closing schedules and strategize accordingly.
You’ll formally sign up for this challenge on our Training Log. Or you can just follow along (but signing up kind of commits you!).
You’ll get your workouts in advance of the week. We then discuss problems on the reader forum throughout the week. Eventually many of you will start putting up videos of your swim for critique (you can see many of them by clicking that link).
