Giant Propel Advanced SL 1

Giant stepped into the aero bike ring with the Propel Advanced SL and they have 4 offerings in that line. The top of the line version is the SL 0 at $10,300 with Shimano Dura-Ace Di2 components and goes down to a SL 3 with an Ultegra mechanical group for $5,150. For women there is an Envie Advanced option with a non integrated seat mast. We however looked closer at the Propel Advanced SL 1 at Sea Otter.

The Propel Advanced SL 1 looks very sleek and fast.

Shimano Dura-Ace mechanical is in place here.

We would have preferred to see less spacers here, but the person who will buy it may need them.

The integrated TRP / Giant brakes are tucked nicely behind the fork blades.

The cable entry port sits behind the stem.

There is also an integrated TRP / Giant brake on the back of the bike.

The Propel Advanced SL is available in 6 sizes ranging from XS to XL and in this SL1 offering retails for $7,500.
