Judge Dismisses Armstrong’s Suit
The Associated Press and the New York Times are among those first to report that Armstrong's suit has been quickly dismissed by a federal court judge in Austin, Texas.
Federal judge Sam Sparks dismissed Armstrong's suit against USADA within hours of its filing, it has been widely reported, scolding the Armstrong camp for a "desire for publicity, self-aggrandizement or vilification of Defendants."
Judge Sparks did not, however, rule on the merits of the case, and Armstrong may refile the lawsuit.
