Nicholls, Ryf superb in Wiesbaden

Alpe d'Huez champion Ritchie Nicholls had a superb day in Wiesbaden and closed it out with a 1:08:53 run to take the 70.3 European Champs in front of Jan Frodeno. Daniela Ryf ran down Annabel Luxford to take the women's title in 4:31:34.

Ottawa pride Ryan Cain

Recovery break for Vanhoenacker

A couple weeks ago reported that Marino Vanhoenacker was injured and is thus an unlikely starter at Kona 2013 and today he announced that the injury forced him to take a few weeks off and focus on next year.

Up straight with Callum Millward

Kiwi Callum Millward just finished 3rd at Ironman 70.3 Boulder and is now focused on the big event in Las Vegas. 2012 was a learning experience for that Boulder resident and he is ready to show what he has got.

2013 Ultraman Canada

23 men and 6 women assembled in Penticton over the British Columbia Day weekend for the 13th Ultraman Canada and David Matheson and Iona MacKenzie took the wins.

Sam Douglas is stepping up

21-year old Aussie Pro Sam Douglas has New York City as his current training base and he will be there most of the summer. Douglas finished 2nd to Joe Gambles at 70.3 Syracuse and is now getting ready for Rev3 Maine.
