Hoffman, Marsh take Lake Placid

After a 2nd place at Ironman St. George and a couple other close calls, Ben Hoffman takes his first Ironman win at Lake Placid while Amy Marsh’s 13th overall including the men earns her a third Ironman win.

2-time Ironman World Champion Craig Alexander clocked a very fast 3:48:56 on his way to win the Ironman 70.3 Racine. Kiwi Sam Warriner was solid all day long and took the women's title.

Vineman wins for Lieto and Carfrae

Chris Lieto distanced himself from all his competitors with a 2:08:53 bike split and then closed out his day with a 1:16:44 run to win the 2010 Vineman 70.3 event with a comfortable margin. Mirinda Carfrae had a tough battle with Leanda Cave but in the end took the women's title.
