Judge Dismisses Armstrong’s Suit

Federal judge Sam Sparks dismissed Armstrong's suit against USADA within hours of its filing, scolding the Armstrong camp for a "desire for publicity, self-aggrandizement or vilification of Defendants."

Armstrong Strikes Back
