2014 Ironman Kona - day 4

A busy expo, hot bikes, new gear, interesting folks and long lines at Lava Java were noticed today, but I refrained from capturing coffee shop crowds. CompressSport sells special Kona kits, and each item comes in these commemorative 1 liter bottles.

Bonk Breaker has been busy in Kona too and they have a very breezy booth near the water. The Cookies & Cream bar is new and popular for them.

Cor Story from Hamilton, New Zealand had his running shoes Boa altered in the Boa experience booth in the expo. A fantastic service by the Boa crew.

Kristin Möller is flying under the radar here in Kona, and she is likely ok with it.

Crowie was signing autographs in the Sunglass Hut and there was huge line outside to see the 3 time Ironman World Champion.

This is Sugoi's very sharp brand ambassador kit and you will likely see a few folks with it .

Mary Beth Ellis might have been drinking a lemonade here or a .........

The Skechers GoRun 4 and GoRun Ride 4 have a drainage hole at the bottom and a heel loop - making them triathlon friendly.

Chrissy Wellington gave words of advice to age groupers and promised them to cheer them on with full passion.
