Lagerstrom's motivation rides high having found his stride in racing and training as well as a new home in Quebec and a new drone for his video production. Tisseyre maintains an upbeat attitude despite a foot injury and illness forcing her to bow out of the upcoming IRONMAN 70.3 European Championships.

Lagerstrom followed up his Mont Tremblant training camp with the first ITU World Cup podium of his career with a third place on Sunday in Montreal. Stay tuned for that race video.
