IRONMAN World Champion Faris Al-Sultan partnered up with fast Swedish age grouper Peter Oom to race in the 2016 ÖTILLÖ World Championships in Sweden and here are his post race thoughts about the iconic event with 65km of trail running and 10km of open water swimming over and between 26 islands in the Stockholm archipelago.
