A Rev3 Cedar Point gallery

Andrew Starykowicz and Malaika Homo took the wins at the 2011 Rev3 Cedar Point with the rich $100,000 purse for the Pros. We wouldn't call this event easy pickens, but with the 70.3 World Championships happening on the same day and 2 Ironman events plus another 70.3 race also attracting Pros to their events, the field certainly wasn't as deep as it could and should have been.

It is good to be first out of the water.

Malaika Homo after her swim in Lake Eerie.

Body marking is so much fun.

Time for the age groupers to get in the water.

The view of the start from the distance.

Not everybody had a good day apparently.

David Thompson surely knows how to go fast, but he wasn't fastest on the bike here in Sandusky, Ohio.

Racing on the beautiful roads around the Cedar Point amusement park.

Hillary Biscay looks very focused here.

Very quiet country roads indeed.

David Thompson was most likely wondering how far up the road Andrew Starykowicz was.

Andrew Starykowicz rode a race best 4:25:55 at Cedar Point and only Graham O'Grady had a time that was reasonably close.

Chris McDonald lost almost 20 minutes to Starykowicz on the bike but closed out his day with a 2:52 marathon.

Graham O'Grady fell apart on the run and closed out his day with a 3:54:30 marathon after a very fine 4:27:16 bike time.

Hillary Biscay on the run.

Time to replentish liquids for Kate Major.

Andrew Starykowicz finally grabbed a big win.

A very happy Malaika Homo after her win.

Chris McDonald missed out by 5 minutes.

Meanwhile the age groupers are still going, going and going.
