The 2015 Ironman World Championship presented by GoPro will air on November 14 at 1:30pm EST on NBC, and yes that is this coming Saturday. So plan your activities accordingly and if other obligations prevent you from working out in the morning, go set up your trainer in front of the television and you can be sure to be inspired.
