In case you are lusting for a new fast XTERRA bike, you may need to look no further than at this Pivot Mach 4 carbon XC trail bike. But this could also be a fun ride even if you don't race.

The Mach 4 got a complete makeover for 2015. This 4th generation of the Mach 4 moved from aluminum to a beautiful carbon frame that features superb electronics integration, 27.5 inch wheels, and a 120mm travel fork, all in a very light package.

Up close with the rear suspension setup of the Pivot Mach 4. The Fox Float CTD Kashima rear shock offers 115mm of travel.

Some of the ports for various wiring options are visible at the front end of this bike. Standover is great even on the XS frame.

A Raceface Next SL 30 crank comes with the SRAM XX1 group offering.

Maxxis tires on Reynolds hoops helped with the light weight of this particular bike.

A Fox 32 Factory 27.5 120 Kashima handles the suspension up front on several versions of this bike.

The cockpit of this version had mixed arts on it. Typically the XX1 version would have SRAM brakes too.

The other side of the lower downtube shows cable entry ports. There is also a space for the Di2 battery in a port below the downtube.
