General Info: There is more to coaching than just preparing a training plan. As your coach I have the experience needed to help you reach your goals. A coach is someone who has a firm grasp on the type of training needed, when to apply it to bring you to your best. Among other things a coach should be able to properly fit you on your bike, help with swim and run forum understand todays training devices and apply this information to your training. Lastly race nutrition. Your coach should work with you to develop a solid nutrition plan. These are the services and experience I bring to my athletes. Rates & Fees: Monthly coaching starts at 200.00/month. 1 on 1 instruction, Bike fitting and metabolic testing are also available. Training Camps Offered: Seasonal training camps and swim clinics.
Map location is based off of a geocode of the addressed entered using Google's Google Maps API. If your address does not geocode properly, you can either update the address (we will attempt to re-geocode after any updates to your entry) or you can use Google's geocoding tool found here: http://gmaps-samples.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/geocoder/singlegeocode.html to obtain a lat/long for your location and enter that. To use the utility, type in an address that is close to your location and then drag-and-drop the marker to obtain the desired lat/long. If you choose to enter a lat/long, you must check the box on the edit page that says, "override geocode with entered lat/long."
