General Info: Triathlon Training, sprints to ironman (with several different athletes earning kona slots). Endurance training in mtn bike and running. Rates & Fees: $65/hour for personal coaching. $150 per month for program planning. Training Camps Offered: Training weekends included in monthly training fees.
