Training Camps Offered: ***TRIATHLON 101 *** Intro to triathlon. Fundamentals of each constituent sport as practiced in context of triathlon. Fundamentals of transitioning. Intro to USAT rules. Intro to sports nutrition. Fundamentals of sports psychology and effective visualization.

*** CYCLING 101 *** Esp for the beginner: fundamentals of bike safety, bike handling skills, bike fitness. Fundamentals of efficient cycling mechanics. Triathlon versus road bikes. The importance of a good "bike fit" (and what it is). (Not for the novice who does not yet know how to ride a bike at all, but for the beginner cyclist.)

*** RUNNING 101 *** Intro to fundamentals of mechanically efficient running: Why its not "just" running. Gait and form analysis. Lessening impact. Run-specific strength training. Dynamic vs. static stretching. Incorporates successful visualization techniques.

*** SWIMMING 101 *** Offered varyingly for Novice (non-swimmer) & Beginner swimmers, as well as for Intermediate swimmers. Intro to fundamentals of swim mechanics. Form analysis. Stroke clinic. Emphasis on swimming from the core. Incorporates successful visualization techniques.
