General Info: We offer professional bike fitting, comprehensive physiological testing (VO2, Lactate balance point, detailed body composition, strength, flexibility, video swim, bike, running gait analysis, etc.). We provide individualized programs for endurance training for single discipline and multi-sport. Coaches have Masters degrees, decades of experience, IM Kona experience, All-American ranking. Rates & Fees: Silver Coaching - Personalized Training Peaks programming and race preparation with unlimited phone & e-mail is $225/month; Gold Coaching - all Silver services plus free lactate/power testing, free monthly service $325/month. Training Camps Offered: Triathlon education/scientific clinics periodically, group swimming, rides, runs planned.
