I specialize in strength & conditioning for triathletes, and other endurance sports. In addition to planning out the entire year, I design swim, bike and run workouts. I can coach running and swim mechanics, but not bike. I also don't do Tri's, nor do I get in the pool. Probably the only Tri coach that has never, and will never, do a triathlon.
