General Info: I'm a full time coach working with middle to long distance triathletes. I've been coaching for 11 years and a triathlete for 19 years. I spent 7 years racing as a professional at the 70.3 and Ironman distance. I have my B.S. in Kinesiology and hold a USAT Level 1 Coaching Certification.
I offer a very individualized coaching service. Your training plan is monitored and adjusted if needed throughout the week with plans typically sent in 2-4 week blocks. I communicate a lot with my athletes via email, text, and phone calls. I have a very high retention rate which I thinks speaks to the job I do.
As far as results go:
*January 2015 through September 2018 across the Olympic, 70.3, Ironman, 1/2 Marathon and Marathon distances I led my athletes to over 116 PR's.
*I've now sent 8 athletes to Kona and multiple to the 70.3 WC and Boston Marathon.
*I've coached many first timers to the 70.3 and Ironman distances
