General Info: BoomTime is a company that specializes in Triathlon and Cycle coaching. We aim to assist in you achieving the very best you can in a timely and efficient manner.
We offer a number of sessions EVERY week designed to develop your skills as well as keeping it enjoyable Rates & Fees: We have options in fees. A casual visit is $15 dollars.
We offer session cards and these cost $65 for 6 sessions, $95 for 12 sessions and $180 for 23 sessions.
We also offer unique to you personalised programs for $150 incl. power analysis v Training Camps Offered: 4 times per year we offer training camps aimed at developing knowledge and skills across ALL disciplines of Cycling and Triathlon. This includes diet and nutrition, pedaling, running, swimming, bike fit, recovery and programming.
We also offer a corporate approach with proven technique for executives looking to optimize performance balanced against rigourous work/ family demands
