General Info: 23 years of experience working with beginner and intermediate athletes. USAT certified coach, F.I.S.T certified Fitter, Continuing education credits in Biomechanics of the Cyclist, 15 years of bike fitting experience. Specializing in Women’s Triathlon training for Beginners and Intermediate. I have done over 50 triathlons from sprint, Exterra, Olympic to 6 Ironman events. If you want to do your first triathlon or your first Ironman, I want to help you get there. I know what it takes to get you to the finish line while enjoying the route. Rates & Fees: Monthly fee $150 individual coaching,
