General Info: I can attest from first hand experience, utilizing a coach can make a big difference in your racing performance. Yes, even coaches have coaches.
Your overall plan I develop for you will be based on your goals, athletic background, your build, past injuries, goals, feedback from completed workouts and of utmost importance, your lifestyle. You won't be getting a cookie cutter plan or even a template, but a fluid, custom training program designed to get the maximum improvement for you.
What you'll see in my "triathlon experience" listed below, is my vast experience in the sport of triathlon, but what you won't see is my passion and excitement I have for the sport. I hope to share this passion with my athletes.

32 years experience as age group multi-sport athlete,1985-present.
6-time Ironman finisher
Ironman World Championship qualifier, 2002
ITU World Long-distance Age Group World Championship 6th place finish, 2004
3-time ITU World Duathlon Age Group World Championship qualifier
3-time USA Triathlon All American
55-59 USAC Indiana State time trial champion, 2012
Indiana Cyclocross Series Cat4 Masters champion, 2011
Indiana Cyclocross Series Cat1/2 Masters 50+ runner-up, 2012
Collaborated on production of “Power Meter Training” video with Hunter Allen, 2005
Assistant track coach, Franklin Central High School 1985- 1988.
