General Info: We are a multidisciplinary coaching, nutrition and wellness business.We offer stand alone coaching, nutrition or wellness packages that are delivered in a calendar format and offer individualized support via phone and email. The premium package involves all of our services in a comprehensive and all inclusive format as well as close interaction with all of your coaches as you need.
As the nutrition coach, I create customized daily nutrition plan and offer support for people looking to improve their athletic performance, improve overall health and lose weight.
The nutrition plan involves :
-assessment of nutrition needs
-daily meal plan
-goal setting
-education about why you should eat certain foods
-personalized recipes
-training and recovery nutrition plans delivered recommendations in a monthly calendar. Rates & Fees: All inclusive coaching, nutrition, wellness for triathletes: Special introductory rate of $375/month through 9/1/15!
Nutrition coaching: $175/month
Triathlon coaching: $225/month
Cycling coaching: $175/month Training Camps Offered: We do currently offer camps, but will in the future. Stay tuned!
Map location is based off of a geocode of the addressed entered using Google's Google Maps API. If your address does not geocode properly, you can either update the address (we will attempt to re-geocode after any updates to your entry) or you can use Google's geocoding tool found here: http://gmaps-samples.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/geocoder/singlegeocode.html to obtain a lat/long for your location and enter that. To use the utility, type in an address that is close to your location and then drag-and-drop the marker to obtain the desired lat/long. If you choose to enter a lat/long, you must check the box on the edit page that says, "override geocode with entered lat/long."
