General Information: Sam Wheeler provides precise, professional adjustment and customization of a wide variety of bicycles. Sam has worked in custom bicycle manufacturing and fitting since 1995. He has performed thousands of individualised fittings on a wide variety of bikes and riders, using a functional, dynamic approach focused on the rider's comfort and performance goals. Sam has received certification from Serotta International Cycling Institute, Specialized Body Geometry Fit, Retül, Slowtwitch, and GURU. Sam now offers fittings by appointment at R2 Bicycles in Seattle, Washington. Directions: R2 Bicycles and Prevail PT clinic are located inside a fitness facility called Get Strong First. The entrance is along the North side of the Rat City Roller Girls building, just around the corner from the garage door.
FROM THE NORTH:
Heading South on I-5 (follow directions from South, or) Take exit 177 toward Edmonds/Kingston Ferry, merging onto WA-104 Westbound for 1.6 miles.
WA-104 W becomes Lake Ballinger Way, stay left as Lake Ballinger Way becomes 244th St SW.
Turn left onto Highway 99 (Aurora Ave.). Continue 1/2 mile to 192nd Ave N.
Turn left (Eastbound) on 192nd and immediately take a right into the parking area.
FROM THE SOUTH:
Heading North on I-5, Take exit 176 for NE 175th St toward Shoreline.
Use the left 2 lanes to turn left onto NE 175th St.
Turn right onto Aurora Ave N. Destination will be on the right at the corner of
Aurora and 192nd.
Take a right at 192nd and immediately take a right into the parking area.
PARKING:
There is abundant parking in the lot on the South side of the building, but the closest parking to our entrance is an unpaved area by the large, white garage door on the North side, which is accessed by heading Eastbound on 192nd immediately off of Aurora Ave N. (Hwy 99).
