Shop Info: We are a cyclist enthusiasts shop. Our focus is bike fit and mechanics. We are a full service shop and carry everything one would need. Experts on tri and all cycling aspects on staff. Bob Olsen the owner is the fit specialist and head mechanic. He was Lon Haldemen's head mechanic on RAAM three times. Also worked at Mission Bay back in the day when Bill and Val owned the store. Also one of the first three to be certified by Retul. We carry the top brands along with the new BMC TM bikes. Come out and check the shop out. Better yet come with your bike and get a map to take a ride to Lake Geneva or Bull Valley.
Directions: We are in down town Crystal Lake across from the Metra train station. We are one minute or less from Route 14 or 176. And less than 5 mins from route 31.
Map location is based off of a geocode of the addressed entered using Google's Google Maps API. If your address does not geocode properly, you can either update the address (we will attempt to re-geocode after any updates to your entry) or you can use Google's geocoding tool found here: http://gmaps-samples.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/geocoder/singlegeocode.html to obtain a lat/long for your location and enter that. To use the utility, type in an address that is close to your location and then drag-and-drop the marker to obtain the desired lat/long. If you choose to enter a lat/long, you must check the box on the edit page that says, "override geocode with entered lat/long."
