Store Hours: 10am-7pm, Mon-Fri, 9-5 Sat, 12-4 Sun
Runs & Classes: Fun Runs, Every Monday and Wednesday, 6pm. Various distances (2-7mi) and paces (walkers to strong runners). Free, just show up ready to run!
No Boundaries beginner's running program. 12 weeks, $75. Train to run your first 5k. This is an ongoing program, which we repeat about every 13 weeks. The current program is from 12/1/09-2/20/10.
Need for Speed Marathon and Half training program. 15 weeks, $120. For the experienced runner wanting to get faster. Began 11/21/09, with goal race of Gasparilla full and half marathon.
Galloway Marathon training. 26 week program, $159 first time and $99 veterans. This is an ongoing run/walk program training for various marathons. Current group is training for Disney Marathon, Gasparilla full or half, and Sarasota half marathon.
Walking 101, a learn to walk program. Every Saturday morning at 10am. $1 per class. This is to get the non-athlete to be active.

Shop Info We are a locally owned and operated specialty running store in Sarasota, FL. We specialize in gait analysis, utilizing our extensive training in biomechanics to help you find the perfect fit. We also have a bra-fit process and focus on all aspects of fit for your lifestyle and goals.

Directions: We are located in the Southside Village, near Morton's Market at Hillview and Osprey. We are also about 2 blocks west of Sarasota Memorial Hospital. There is a huge parking lot behind the store, just turn west on Hillview from Osprey and an immediate right into the parking lot.
