General Information
Club Info: Based out of Chicago, Crush Multisport was formed in June of 2010, incorporated in December 2011, and has been growing ever since. Crush is a multi-tiered company providing coaching, event consultation, Elite team racing, and a club.
Crush will also be launching its own race series in 2014, the first full distance race within 200 miles of Chicago, and all members will be provided significant discounts on entry, where Elite Team racers will race free. Club Sponsors: Crush has affiliation, partnerships, and sponsorships with a growing list of companies. As a rule, we only support products we love and use, and we only allow one of each type into the club. To date we have relationships with Rudy Project, Javelin Bikes, Serenity Health Wellness, HUUB Wetsuits, Urban Tri Gear, Newton Running, Infinit Nutrition, Base Performance, Road ID, Ten26 Design Group, Team RWB, Hope2Give, and Endurance Conspiracy. We are in talks with several more and hope to be able to include them soon. Club Discounts: Members receive discounts from all of the sponsors listed above, are welcome for free to all team events and coached group training, and will receive discounts on all future Crush Race Series events. The discount on the race series alone will more than pay for the cost of a standard membership. Directions to Workouts & Meeting Location(s): The club will be launching this fall beginning in September or October and the location will be determined by the pending relationship we are working details out on with a microbrewery yet to be named. Club Workout Schedule: Tuesdays are group speed workouts at Lake Shore Park
Wednesdays are group open water swims and a post swim group run --- we also support the Weds group ride out of Urban Tri Gear
Thursday morning at 0630 we run with Team RWB starting at Castaways on the Lake Shore Path.
